- At our place, delivery cost is included in our services.
- Returns are free.
- All items are checked and disinfected between each rental.
General steps to rent on IVOQ
- Visit the page of the stroller (baby carrier, travel crib...) of your dreams.
- Specify the rental duration, with a minimum period of 3 days.
- Provide the desired start date and the time you'd like to pick up your item.
- Choose your preferred delivery method: either pick up the item at a designated pickup point or have a courier meet you at your chosen location in Paris.
- Share any relevant arrival details in the provided space (e.g., platform number, arrival gate). If you have no specific information to share, you can simply write 'RAS' (Rien à signaler), meaning 'nothing to report.'
- Add it all to your cart, and we'll take care of everything on time.
- During checkout, select the courier delivery option if you prefer a hand delivery.
